Clay Hile
Managing Director
Experience in various industry areas including; Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Paper, Material Science and Metrology and over Thirty-Five (35) years of experience in engineering and troubleshooting of stability room conditioners and controls. Clay has been involved with the cGMP aspects of product stability storage at Precision Stability Storage for the past Seventeen (17) years and also oversees Global Business Development and Operations of Precision’s North Carolina, Florida and Massachusetts locations.
Vaughn Fisher
Chief Financial Officer
Vaughn brings over 40 years of financial management, operations management, and strategic planning experience to bear in supporting the management and technical operations team for the PSS companies.He is responsible for the administrative and financial operations of the companies and works to ensure that all the companies are in solid financial condition so that they can take advantage of any opportunities that arise. During his 11 years with the affiliated manufacturing company – Parameter Generation & Control- he has been exposed to the demands of the stability storage market space and uses that experience to help develop the strategic goals and achievement plans for the storage companies. His experience in developing and implementing quality systems in other companies are an asset that is utilized in the development and maintenance of the PSS companies quality goals.
Ken Edwards
Directory of Quality Operations
Twenty-six (26) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with roles in Validation, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and Operations. With over twenty (20) years in various management roles, Mr. Edwards’ experience includes interacting with government and regulatory agencies, validation, process and Quality Management Systems development.
Ross Hile
Principal Engineer
Ross’s background and professional experience is based in engineering, with emphasis in mechanical design and process improvement; with over forty-three (43) years of experience in engineering, design and development, installation and maintenance of precise temperature and humidity control systems and equipment. During his tenure with Precision he has overseen additions of multiple temperature and humidity environments totaling 16,600 Cubic Feet of conditioned space and the ongoing construction and expansion of the company’s North Carolina facility.
Monica Edwards
Stability Manager, Wilson Facility
Twenty-Years (20) years Project Management with an emphasis in construction and manufacturing.
Ten (10) years of experience with Equipment and Software validation hands-on and in a leadership capacity fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth.
Nine (9) years as Stability and Site Manager for Precision’s Wilson, NC facility with a focus on Biopharma, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Tobacco / E-liquid industry.
