Fort Lauderdale, Florida Stability Storage Facility
Our third facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL opened its doors late in 2019.
This facility is strategically located for easy access to the I-95 corridor just north of Miami with easy access for the Pharmaceutical/Biological companies of South Florida area. Our location is also convenient to companies in the Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville areas of Florida.
The Fort Lauderdale Facility specializes in ICH Q1A (R2) contract stability storage for Long-Term, Intermediate, Refrigerated, Ambient and -80°C Freezer requirements. This facility serves Florida’s Pharmaceutical, Biotech industries as well as University storage requirements. This facility has plenty of capacity to expand to various stability storage conditions as needed.
This facility also offers contingency ICH stability storage and freezer storage to assist customers during the upcoming hurricane season. Because of the Hurricane threat in this area our facility is a 6-inch concrete (including concrete roof) structure that is built to handle major storms and the latest hurricane codes for South Florida. Our facility is not in a flood zone and is located next to a main power substation.
The Fort Lauderdale facility is a cGMP facility and is equipped with:
- Back-up Conditioners and Freezers
- Back-up electrical generator to power full facility if there is a power outage
- Part 11 compliant monitoring system with alarms
- Alarmed building with proper levels of security
Precision will make sure there is enough fuel to operate the generator for a minimum of two weeks to allow time for normal power restoration. Our Security System will remain active during this time and the building will remain secure. Although we cannot guarantee that our facility will not be damaged due to major storm activity, we are confident that our efforts to mitigate the associated risks will provide the safest alternative for your contingency storage needs.
